3B Investing LLC is an innovative and passionate Real Estate Investment Enterprise. We are involved in various aspects of the housing industry such as purchasing, renovating and renting. Our primary experience and expertise is in the acquisition and renovation of single family homes for housing voucher program members (Section 8) and low income families.
Management
In 2010 3B Investing was formed as a Limited Liability Corporation in Memphis, Tennessee. It is owned by its principal investors, Robert and June Gordon, who are the managing members.
Our Commitment
We are committed to providing quality single family residential rental units within the Mid-South market with a concentration in the Memphis area.
Our company is dedicated to a peaceful living environment in which our tenants can enjoy all of the benefits of safe, attractive, and inviting units.
We will provide 24 hour security on site in our larger commercial properties while maintaining the highest level of customer confidence and satisfaction achievable. This will be accomplished by having a healthy, engaging relationship with our tenants via our property managers.
